By accessing the Meeta Enterprises website or placing orders with Meeta Enterprises, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Meeta Enterprises strives to keep product information, pricing and content current, but reserves the right to update, modify or remove information without prior notice.
Meeta Enterprises' liability for any claim arising out of a transaction is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied for that transaction.
Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of order details, destination addresses and import approvals required in their country. Meeta Enterprises will provide standard export documentation.
Returns & Cancellations
Return requests should generally be raised within a defined window from the date of delivery (to be confirmed on the specific order acknowledgement issued by Meeta Enterprises).
All returns require prior written authorization from Meeta Enterprises before the goods are shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Meeta Enterprises will inspect items on receipt before processing any credit or replacement.
Unless the issue results from a fault attributable to Meeta Enterprises, return shipping charges are typically borne by the buyer.
Where applicable, Meeta Enterprises may issue store credit or replacement in lieu of a refund, and standard transaction or processing charges may be deducted.
Shipping & Special Conditions
Meeta Enterprises arranges shipping through vetted partners. Freight charges, insurance and incidental costs are quoted separately and confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
Certain charges, such as freight or insurance, may be non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched.
In the event of global disruptions — such as pandemics, port congestion, or geopolitical events — Meeta Enterprises will work with buyers in good faith to manage delays or revised timelines.
